Refund policy
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed we will provide you a tracking number though DHL or UPS. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Upon shipping, you will be notified by the e-mail address you provide when your order has been shipped along with the tracking information. Please remember that you must be available to sign for your package and it must be the same address as your billing address.
Holiday Shipping: Derri Deluxe Hair is closed for the Holidays and does not mail any packages on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.
Exchanges: We at Derri Deluxe Hair are very proud of our products and believe in the integrity and quality of our hair. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us at info@derrideluxehair.com or derrideluxehair@gmail.com and let us know what’s bugging you. While we have a strict NO REFUND policy, we do allow for a product exchange within THREE days of purchase on all uncompromised hair or other items still in the original package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
TEXTURE EXCHANGES: we are willing to accept texture exchanges only if your item is in the same condition that you received it. YOU MUSY PAY $25 FOR RE-SHIPPING TO YOU and $10 TO SHIP IT OUT VIA USPS.. we will provide you with the RETURNING ADDRESS!!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
